Online Colloboration – RealWomenRealSongs | Facebook

Hi all. I am going to be doing this online (Facebook – YouTube) collaboration starting in September. I am really excited about it!  14 women songwriters – 2 every day of the week – have each committed to writing a song a week for a year and posting it up on fb.  I think it […]

Recipe Release

Hi all — This great little risotto was orginally intended to be part of the liner notes.  It is great comfort food for a rainy day. This is really simple but takes some time. My kids love it for Sunday breakfast. You can also do it for an afternoon snack or dessert.  We usually have […]

Summer on the run

Cartwheel

Hope all is well. Summer is always a different kind of busy. I have this huge list of stuff to do. Stuff I have been putting off all winter because I have been too busy. Ode to Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese sandwich (panini)

Just about any grilled cheese sandwich is improved by the addition of some fresh fruit or vegetables. Apples, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini or Bermuda onion are my top choices. My kids love sliced apples! I always grill in grandmothers 100 year old cast iron fry pan using butter.

Meatless Mondays

In thinking about how to use posts to tell you about the music, the shows, the band and all things me; it occurred to me that it would really be nice to keep in touch regularly but also actually have something to useful to say. So I thought that could take this opportunity to share […]
